In the light of the controversy on Ludwik Fleck's role in typhus research in Nazi concentration camps, the urgent need of access to texts written by Fleck on this topic becomes obvious. Thanks to support and funding by Thomas Schnelle, we are now able to add to the German translations – prepared for the Fleck exhibition at the Max Planck Institute for the History of Science in 2002 – the English translations of key texts by Fleck regarding his life and work in the ghetto of Lwów and in the concentration camps of Auschwitz and Buchenwald.
